Chief Minister Raitha Vidhya Nidhi program In 2021-22 a new scholarship scheme has been implemented to promote higher education of farmers’ children. Upon completion of SSLC (Girl students) and Pre-university, students who have got admissions to educational institutions / Universities / Post Graduate Courses are provided with scholarship through direct benefit transfers.

National Food Security Mission (Pulses) To increase agriculture production and productivity and to encourage sustainable agriculture
PM Kisan Samman Nidhi (PMKISAN) Under this scheme, all eligible farmer families will get financial assistance of Rs.6000 per annum for the purchase of agricultural inputs viz., seeds and fertilizers

PradhanMantri formalization of Micro food Enterprises Scheme (PMFME) As a part of the ‘Atma Nirbhar’ Kodagu district has selected coffee crop under ‘One District One Product’scheme. The main objective of this scheme is to promote and expand unorganized food processing enterprises. Individual Entrepreneurs and Groups (Farmer Producer Organization, Self Help Groups, Co-operatives and Co-operatives are eligible under this scheme to avail loan upto 50% of the total cost with a maximum limit of Rs.10.00 lakhs.

FRUITS

(Famers Registration and Unified beneficiary Information System): http://fruitspmk.karnataka.gov.in Farmers can registered in this site to obtain FID by uploading adhar, RTC and bank details. Farmers can also fetch their registration details viz., land holding, crop survey data etc., The data in FRUITS portal are used to avail the benefits from Agriculture, Horticulture, sericulture, Animal husbandry and other Departments and information is also used for minimum support price, crop insurance, crop loans and crop loss compensations.
